It's a fatty acid.... being found very beneficial! It's in one of the supplements we take made by NeuroScience but there are many who take it independently and see a huge difference. There are trials going on right now relating specifically to ADHD.

I think that not only am I going to try it, I'll have my 97 yr old grandmother start taking it. She is showing signs of dementia recently. Maybe we can head it off at the pass.
