New update...
I have now lost 11 lbs! Yeah me...
I am on a roll this week, I must be in that high loss part of a diet. Have to ride that wave while I can.

Lots of water is what weight watchers pushes it keeps you hydrated, more full and every time you empty out think of the fat cells going with it. However too much water is a problem you can flush out your bodys nutrients.

Have gotten rid of 3 more lbs this week. DIdn't even think I tried that hard this week. Perhaps metabolism is kicking in...

Ok - here goes:
As of Friday, I have lost 21 lbs. My goal is 40. So 50% of the way there. I am down to 175. Would love to be 155-150. My clothes are beginning to fall off. What a great feeling. My friend Sarah is my cheerleader. When I am tempted, she helps me fight the craving. She works out a lot and has given me exercises and toning things to work on. I already feel skinny minny again.

Congrats Unicorn, there is nothing better than how you feel when you start feeling your clothes loose. The fact that you are now in the middle of the way will give you more enthusiasm to go on. And the best part will be shopping for new clothes.
