When I got back from Grocery shopping this morning, there wasa message from Shannon's History teacher wanting to talk to me about Shannon's grade! I called back & left a message that I was home until 3:30 & I'm waiting for a call back. I'm a bit nervous!

Uh oh! I hope it is something like she forgot some assignment and not that she has no interest in the subject and is doing poorly. Keeping my fingers crossed it isn't real bad news.

Oh, Misty...I so know about that pit of your stomache feeling when you get a call from school. Hoping things aren't too bad. I'm with you sister...its tourture! Hugs to you!

Well,I haven't heard back from the teacher yet, but today her mid term report came home. Shes showing a D in that class & the teacher noted that she wanted a phone conference....well, DUH! I had to sign it & send it back so I wrote a note that I had returned her call & hadn't heard back & she is free to call me anytime tomorrow. Except for the bus stop, I'll be home all day.

Nothing yet. I gave them the entire day to return my call. I'm calling the school in the morning. They don't seem to be trying very hard to reach me.  |
