Does anyone have any protein alternatives? The only "meats" my son will eat are the ones that are on the off limits list. He will not eat steak, pork chops, or chicken unless it is processed first. He does however LOVE eggs, peanutbutter and tuna fish. Thank you Beth

Our babies are to much the same! At first I would do casserole dishes and hide the meat, I know that’s bad. But my son would not touch his food, and would rather go hungry when we first stared our family diet. Then my hubby changed the names of meat, I know we are bad!! and made our family meal more inventing, and by allow the kids to pick the meat, not know what it was, and go ahead to complete their meals, they loved it, and started to name our favourite meals after ourselves. They now know what they are eating, but it took a lot of convincing and the whole family to craft our daily meals.
Yes cutting out sugar does wonders for anyone, but oh boy, to taste it again. If I do, it makes me loppy! But I truly fell100 times better and have more energy, and can see the changed in my kids. Mind you it’s not this drastic change that you can call a miracle. But you start to notice a slight change in behaviour, a calmness, and steadiness that slowly stars to come out.
