In my learning (geeezeee, it never stops!), I fumbled across this one item that I thought was really helpful for an ADHD parent like me. For some reason this tool has given me a way to develop a plan of attack in my recent search to help Ran who is newly disagnosed as ADD innattentive! I am working with the school too, since she is already on an IEP for a math LD, but this list is more focused on what I can do as a parent outside of school to help. COOL. Check it out and see if you all like it or not? www.marylandpublicschools.org/NR/rdonlyres/1DC4EC8A-ACD2-45D7-819D-B2477CE784AC/8353/adhd_reportcard.pdf

I like that Lc. Its a great tool! Actually, I think it would be useful for any parent whether their child has ADHD, any ld or none at all.

Yeah, true cg - the one item I thought was funny though was under the school checklist, they listed to talk to the school nurse and inform the person that your kid was taking meds. I have not heard of a school having a nurse there in forever?

Who do they go to in order to be determined ill enough to be sent home?

Ran just calls me on her cellphone if she is sick, she does not even go to the office.

I saw this thread earlier today but didn't have a chance to look it over until now. I totally love things that are for organization so I think it is cool. I think a lot of parents will find it very useful.
