My name is Jamie and I signed up today. I came across this site just doing a google search for info, as I have a 6 year old son, that was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 4. I am a former prek teacher and I have had children in the classroom with ADHD and other needs. I have found that it so different actually having your own child and not just experiencing the behaviors in the classroom. I have a 16 year old son as well. He is a big help with his little brother. I am married to a wonderful man, named John.

Hi Jamie! Welcome to the group. I am sure you'll find it such a great place to celebrate achievements and learn how to bring out the best in your children.
I see you've already learned to post, and find your way around. Ask all the questions you want. I can pretty much promise you that I have already asked all the stupid ones in my days!
I have 3 boys, who will turn 14, 16, and 18 in September. They have taught me many things, although some I wish I never learned ~ hehehe!
