 My son will be 13 in April and we have a few others in the same age group so you came to the right place. We can commiserate with each other, which we do frequently  . My son has ADHD-in and suffered badly from separation anxiety when he was younger. He has finally gotten beyond it but it was hard at the time. I understand. We have a couple of other mothers here who have been dealing with it in their kids also. I think you will find that you fit right in. |

 My daughter is 13 with ADD inattentive & a math LD. There do seem to be a lot of us with kids in this age group. I don't know much about the anxiety or separation anxiety angle...my daughter has never had trouble in those areas, but others here have kids who have. You'll receive a lot of support here. |

Hi, welcome to the group. I am relatively new, but I love popping in and talking. You are in the right place. My son has some separation anxiety among other things. I can empathize with you. I am a good listener and I have some strategies.   |

Hi and welcome! My son, aged 11, has not had anxiety to that level, but he did have bus issues for a time.
There are many of us with children in your daughter's age group here. All of us are good listeners, and I have gotten help for issues with my son here many times.
