Now John, I know you like tossing names around but I deem it my responsibility to correct you on one thing, just a little detail you left out and that is I HATE SPONGE BOB! If I ever gave you that impression you have my humblest apology because I can't imagine how the world would change had you kept believing I liked him.

I had to think back and my rough guess as to how much T.V. my step-sons watched it would have to be in the 1-3 hr. range. Nikki was probably in the 4 hr. range. I didn't vote because it is different for kids now with all the video games and such. But I do think 1-3 is plenty for kids. They need to do other things like read, get some exercise, and use their imaginations for play.

I wasn't sure if this was per day or per week so I based it on per day. Jake loves SpongeBob sqaure pants and I have to correct you John it is a Crabby Patty. I am not a huge fan of this program I tend to try to find Maya and Miguel or Sesame Street, Arther, Lilo and stitch and he also like Jimmy Nuetron and Danny Phantom. He doesn't get to watch it all every day but I try to have a medium between the educational ones and the entertainment ones. A little of each.

Actually, Alan, the Flintstones & Scooby Doo are still on. I never watched Thundercats, but I'd LOVE too see Captain Caveman make a comeback! THat was my all-time FAVORITE cartoon! One word of warning though, if you ever do a Google search for it make sure you add the word "cartoon". If you just search for "Captain Caveman", you get all kinds of porn sites

Thundercats HOOOO!!!!! My oldest daughter LOVED thundercats so much! They went and changed the time slot when their popularity was waning and it started coming on at 6 in the morning!!! So I had to set the VCR to tape it, and then she would watch it at a more humane time....I still have the tape...the last one that I recorded was on February 2, 1987.....the day that my 2nd child was born....I could not even remember to set up the VCR after that.....she must have watched the tape of the others already on it and been happy....

I agree shane is my favorite just for all his humoris qaulities, we love finding the actors voice in other movies like Barn Yard we watched that Sat it was funny

I finally put my foot dOWn about Sean & his online Halo gaming . . . It has to be OFF at 9pm, along with the tV & 'puter & X.boX. If it's not, the next day it has to be off a 1/2 hour earlier. It's worked Great so far with hardly any problems . . . Yaa.Hoo !
