Also, what are your favorite groups?


My answer is Rock. My favorite groups/singers are Creed, Nickelback, Fallout Boy, Stevie Nicks, Elton John, Ozzy Osbourne, The Rolling Stones, Led Zepplin , Lynard Skynard, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Train, & 3 Doors Down.

I also LOVE the Dixie Chicks, and one song called Feed Jake about a dog that I'm not sure who sings, but other than that I HATE Country music.

I voted rap because that is what I listen to the most. But I also listen to a lot of R&B and some country. My favorites hmmm....Ludacris,50 cent,The Game,Diddy. I have to get my CDs at Walmart so they are edited LOL. I also like Kenny Chesney,Toby Keith,and Brad Paisley but my favorite favorite is R Kelly. When I was pregnant with Joseph I listened to R Kelly every single day and after Joe was born if he would cry nothing would make him stop quicker than putting on "Bump and Grind".

I said gospel and I do love it but my very favorite is contemporary Christian music.

I do like the oldies, 60s and 70s rock too, plus some country but not the old bluegrass kind.

Oh Misty- Pirates of the Mississipi sing Feed Jake. My friend named her dog Jake because of that song.

Where is the "all of above" choice? LOL Honestly, I couldn't pick which I like most. Currently I am listening to mostly Christian Contemporary and I have a whole list of favorites from different artists. I guess all of the above isn't quite true. I only like one rap song. (sorry KK) I like a few songs here and there from each of the other catagories. Soooo, I don't know which to pick so I'm not picking any.

One thing about me. Once I have heard a song over and over I am pretty much done with it. I can still appreciate the artistry that went into it but don't care to hear them again. So I'm always on the lookout for something new and unique.

I chose other as i am into classical and musical music. I have been a fan of this genre of misic since high school. I also like pop/rock/gospel/R&B. My favourite musicals are Les miserable/Annie/The Phantom of The Opera and FAME. Classical music is harder to say but lets put it this way i am a fan and i listen to it when ever i can.

Laura, I am all with you. I enjoy classical music, mainly chamber music and a few operas (my favorite one is Carmen), jazz, and also musical music. I love Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Phantom of the Opera, Sunset Boulevard, and Tommy which by the way is a rock musical by "The Who".

There is pop and rock music I like (old ones) like Phill Collins, Paul McCartney, and Sting. I was a good fan of reggae music , but really don't listen too much to it lately.

I picked Rock. I love the old stuff. But I do listen to Jazz, some Rap, R&B, Alternative, 90's. No Country in this world. Tiff loves the Dixie Chicks too. So I'll listen to them.

I picked Gospel, although its really Contempary Christian music that I listen to. Chris Tomlin is my favorite, along with Casting Crowns, Mercyme, and others. But I'm really a lover of all music. I will listen to anything as long as its uplifting.

Josh is going through a HUGE country phase, which I can mostly deal with. He's just discovered Johnny Cash and I love that!

I also love the early 80's stuff, Blondie, Talking Heads, Duran Duran, Squeeze, but I can't play it because its on cassette tapes and I'm too cheap to re-buy the stuff.
