Did you want medication to help manage his ADHD symptoms during the day or just something to help him sleep? The Atarax is actually like a prescription Benadryl, nothing to strong but it was like a miracle to us after months of him literally being up all night.

Annette's almost 12 and for a few years I put her to bed and worry when it gets past 11 then give her a melotonin or benedryl. It goes in spurts for normally she is a night owl to begin with but will go down for me by 11 and I trust giving her a melotonin in her room and she knows if she needs it to take so she does not wake me up and most nights does not take even use it. For Nette the sleep problems goes in spurts. I am glad you found something that works.
