Just wanted to let you all know that their will be a special on PBS's "Frontline" tonight at 9:00 p.m. that may be of interest to some of you.
It is suppose to deal with the longterm effects of using anti-psychotic and stimulant drugs with children. Frontline usually does a pretty good job on showing both sides of an issue. I think it will be interesting.
From the TV guide: The long-term side effects of prescribing antipsychotics and stimulants (such as Ritalin) to kids with bipolar disorder are examined in Marcela Gaviria's "The Medicated Child."
Times may vary being that its PBS, but it is on in my area at 9:00pm. Just thought I'd let you know.
