Tiff has decided to run for classroom SGA rep. She prepared a little speech that she will have to read to the class. I am proud that she wants to do this. My only concern is that she will have to take notes at these meetings and report back to the class. She is not good at taking notes at all. Any note taking tips that I could try with her?

I have no suggestions but I'm so happy that she is feeling good enough about herself to run. I don't think it was long ago that she wouldn't have had the courage to run with all her anxiety issues.
WTG Tiff!

I think its AWESOME that shes running.
I always tell Shannon when shes taking notes for a class to make sure she at least writes the most important things down & her brain will remember the smaller things as she reads through them later. I have her read them to me if shes confused & as she talks, the smaller details get remembered & she fills them in at that time.
Wish her luck from me!

Can she take a mini recorder? This way she can check back at her leisure to add to her notes. Besides she may surprise you if this is what she truly wants.

That is so great for Tiff. Wishing her lots of luck. The mini recorder sounds like a great idea.
