I'm so glad someone did a study like this because there were some idiot psychiatrists trying to say child abuse had no long term affects. I kid you not! Thanks John, for that link.

Child Abuse does have long term affects I see it every day. Now on my caseload I have a 5 and 6 year old with serious emotional problems that it breaks my heart. They have been in counseling over a year now and have not even touched the surface. They are in good foster homes and yes had to be separated due to the nature of when they are together can be violent.
