Sean was sent to the principal's office again. This time for punching another child in the stomach. I wrote a note back to the teacher asking her if she had spoken to the principal or counselor yet regarding the fact that she agrees that he needs to be evaluated. This has to stop.

If she hasn't talked to them yet, you could write and request that he be tested again, and point out the number of times he has gotten into trouble for his behavior. Ask for a PWN if they are not going to do it.
If they don't respond or tell you they don't have time, it will be a long wait or put you off for any reason, file that complaint with the state. His problems are only going to get worse if something isn't done ASAP.

I agree with CG. If they don't do something ASAP you have to go higher up and file a complaint. You might even just briefly mention the words legal representation. They don't want to have to deal with any legal trouble so that may make them move their tails.

I will see what the teacher has to say in the communication book tomorrow. The Director of Education Advocacy I have been talking to told me to see what the teacher plans to do and ask her if she would like me to write a letter along with her recommendation. I have been in constant communication with her via e-mail and she gives me step by step instructions of what to do next. She has been a huge help.

That is great that you have someone right there helping you step by step.

I'm glad you have her. I hope she can get them acting fairly quickly for Sean's sake. Good luck!
