I am off to the I&RS (Intervention & Referral Services)meeting that the school has called. Could this be the good news I have been waiting for? Doubt it, but I'll let you know.

Nothing new at the meeting. Basically just a review of all that I know. One good thing is at least this years teacher told them the same things she tells me instead of making things sound better than they really are for the CST like the kindergarten teacher did. The social worker gave me the # for a "very well known, very thorough" child psych. and I called him as soon as I got home. Guess what? He's not accepting new patients and won't be any time in the near future. Surprise!

I simply do not understand how so many child psychs can be not accepting patients! That is so sad. What are these children supposed to do? Put themselves on pause until there is an opening? ARGH!!! I would be screaming, kk.

Ugh! How frustrating!!! Man, Sean isn't even my child, and I'm beginning to get tense reading what's happening to him! It makes me want to SCREEEEEEEEEAM!
