Good news today-Sean will be recieving OT. The principal is going to send the official report home with him today but I did get to read a bit. Can't remember exactly what it said but I know it mentioned fine motor skills and sensory something or other. So that is a bit of progress with this school district. The teacher said a lot of what we have been seeing at home since he has been taking the Abilify. While the hyperactivity has decreased signifigantly some other issues have cropped up. The extreme neediness we are dealing with at home is at school also. She said he gets out of his seat a hundred times a day because he "drew her a picture" or to tell her the sky is blue or the grass is green. It borders on harrassment I tell you. She also mentioned that he has become very argumentative and constantly questions her. I will mention these things to the psych tomorrow.

Great news on the OT!!! The school has officially recognized his being in need of intervention. This is a very important step. Are minutes being taken of these meetings, with comments from the teacher being written down?

That is good, I am happy he will get that! I hope you keep plugging away at this and the med situation, it will help in the long run for him and your whole family.
