It is second quarter report card time here for Ran. I have not recieved her report card yet, but I got a one page IEP report. She has 2 goals she is working on right now and they have the standard thing of she is working on statement and that she is working towards a 9 out of 10 accuracy thing. Well the report says satisfactory and working towards the goal. Is that the kind of report you all with kids on IEP's get? It did not tell me anything else?

Hmmm....I don't get a regular IEP report for Shannon. The support teachers call me as needed & I call them to see how she's doing from time to time, but I get no written report. It sounds like Ran is doing OK though...I'm sure they would contact you if there was a problem. Why don't you give them a call on Monday & see if they can give you some specifics?

Yes, I get the same thing, lcdc, and it doesn't tell me anymore than Ran's tells you. It simply says that my son is working towards his goals.

OK, thanks. I got the report card today and the IEP math class is an A, so I suppose that is a good sign.
