Brain Facts is a 64-page primer on the brain and nervous system, published by the Society for Neuroscience. In addition to serving as a starting point for a lay audience interested in neuroscience, the book is used at the annual Brain Bee, which is held in conjunction with Brain Awareness Week. The 2006 revised edition of Brain Facts is available now in PDF format and in print. The 2006 edition updates all sections and includes new information on brain development, addiction, neurological and psychiatric illnesses and potential therapies. * Download Brain Facts in pdf format (3 MB) * Request a complimentary, printed copy of Brain Facts www.sfn.org/index.cfm?pagename=brainFacts

Very interesting booklet. I have printed it out. There is so much that I don't understand about the brain, hoping that this helps me to answer questions I have.

I downloaded it and started to read but I think my brain is too tired right now. I does look very well written and I think I will learn a lot from it.
Thanks Misty.
