Starting any med during school you always have to be really carefull I was just on the phone today with my sons school nurse and she said when he gets any type of med start it on the weekend just to make sure there is no immediate reaction and I should notify her a day or to before so I would call her on Fri and tell her I am planning on Saturday to start the new drug. The school nurse thinks I'm the greatest because I always call her if there's a new med or she needs some type of heads up, she says she just about has me on speed dial! I get a lot of just in case calls but she likes knowing, and personally I do to!
