I'm having some trouble too sleeping and a friend of mine gave me some melatonin a while back. I may end up trying it. I'm not on medication for my ADD, a choice I made, but sometimes I do go through some rough patches. I am feeling anxiety about my job lately and it keeps me up at night, now I'm dragging. I'm hoping for a solution to a problem with my job that I hope will not be ongoing(no fault of mine). Hoping to hear something from my boss on Monday. I hope we both have a good week this coming week. I hope your situations get worked out soon and you feel better. Hang in there. Hugs to ya. Dee

Yeah - i am caught up on sleep i think - i have been soooo sick I had to pass out a couple of nights? My cold turned into a full blown infection and i had to get shots and now antibiotic pills and other pills - i take so many pills for the next 8 days that it is confusing me and i have to write them down - the doc said my immune system was stressed or was I stressed or somthing about stress making me sick?
Anyway things are calm this weekend cause i had my proposal accepted at work!! Yipee. And i have refused to do anything this weekend related to my daughters issues and will deal with that next week. I will have to see if i can sleep again when i am better - sick sleep didn't really seem that fun or satisfying?

Yes sometimes lcdc you just have to focus on getting some rest and getting your mind off of the heavy stuff for just a little while. That's what I am trying to do this weekend. Hope you get some real rest and not just the sick kind. Hope you have a good Sunday and you are feeling much better.

I hope you get over this quickly Lcdc. Stress can compromise your immune system so it isn't surprising that you got sick. Hopefully having your proposal accepted will take away some of it from you. Here's to getting some good quality sleep now!
