It has been suggested that I keep a mood chart to help recognise my moods and patterns. I have a really good one that was designed for me personally but can not seem to remember to fill it out each day.
thought perhaps someone might know of an online mood chart. Since I am on the computer daily I think I might be able to do one electronically.

Can you scan yours into your computer and / or set your calendar to remind you to fill it out?
You would be able to keep the same one that way but hopefully make it easier on yourself to get it done.

The online Mood Chart is great! It is free, short and simple, and easy to fill out. Thank's Misty. Combined with Barb's suggestion to put it into my calender that should work. I am much more likely to use it if it's on the computer.
