well im happy cuz last night i was able to get 6 hours of sleep which is usually what i get in 2 weeks lol. and im feeling tired now soo ill b able to sleep now. so thanks for all ur help.

I'm so glad you are getting sleep. Your not getting sleep was probably putting a toll on your poor body and brain.

I think I can attest to the fact that lack of sleep probably contributes to hyperness and unclear thinking. I think that is happening to me at this time. If you find something that works, share it please. I think it scares me to be in that pattern because I think I would gauge it by what the norm is for you as I do for me - It is NOT normal for me to stay up 24 or 36 hours and it is happening more frequently and I sometimes feel like I am in hell from that and other unknow things.
