4cloves garlic, minced 2T olive oil 1(28oz)can diced tomatoes with juice 1(8oz) can tomato sauce 1(6oz) can tomato paste 1(12oz) can or bottle beer 4T chili powder 1T mustard powder 1t dried oregano freshly ground black pepper 1t ground cumin 1/8t hot pepper sauce 1(15oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1(15oz) can garbanzo beans, drained 1 (15oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1(15oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1(15oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
In a 4 quart pot saute garlic in oil add diced tomatoes(undrained), tomato sauce, tomato paste, beer, chili powder, mustard pwder, oregano, pepper, cumin, hot pepper sauce. stir in beans and corn Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. top with cheese.
