This is a dish I make when I'm short on time.
1 box Stove top stuffing 1 lb (Or more) boneless skinless chicken (raw or cooked) 2 jars chicken gravy salt & pepper to taste
Mix the stuffing mix as directed on box. Spread into a casserole dish. Lay Chicken pieces on top. Pour gravy over everything. Salt & pepper.
If using raw chicken cover with foil & bake 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
If using cooked chicken, no need to cover. Bake 350 degrees about 20 minutes, until heated through.
