Heres a recipe I found. If you dont care for (or have handy) cilantro & chili powder I think you could just season it to your taste. If I was making it, I'd skip the bean sprouts.
* Ingredients 4 Ramen Noodle Packs * 1 pound Ground beef * Green onions * Bunch of cilantro - chopped * sliced mushrooms * bean sprouts * chili powder * salt
Brown ground beef adding chili seasoning during cooking, season with season salt as you like to your taste. Add some chopped green onion and cilantro to the ground beef after it is beef is cooked. Boil the noodles following standard directions adding the seasoned ground beef, the rest of chopped up cilantro, sliced mushrooms, and the rest of green onions. When the noodles are cooked serve in bowl over the beans sprouts. Serve. This one tastes better fresh! Use 4 packs of noodles or less depending how much you intend to eat.

OOH! I know this isnt what you asked for, but my aunt made this for a picnic recently & it was YUMMY so I figured I'd post it too.
Crunchy Ramen Salad
* Ingredients 2 packages chicken ramen noodles * cooked, cubed chicken breast * 5-6 sliced green onion (or more to taste) * chopped cilantro, to taste * slivered almonds * sesame seeds * head of cabbage (I like Napa or Savoy) * 1 stick butter * 1 bottle Asian-style salad dressing (I like Annie\’s Organic Asian Sesame)
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add crushed ramen noodles, sesame seeds, slivered almonds. Toss with melted butter, sprinkle in soup seasoning packets. Cook in butter until nuts and noodles get toasty. Toss cabbage, chicken, onions, and cilantro with dressing. Add toasty mixture and toss again! Reserve a little in the pan for sprinkling on top!

Thanks guys! Often we have to buy ramen noodles cuz they are so cheap and eat off them every day. I have tried making speggettie out of them and a bunch of other stuff. I have even went so far as to leave out the packet and put hot souce on it lol just to have a different flavor. I sure can't wait till BF switches Jobs!
Thanks again!

Sim, If you like beans just get a package of lima beans, wash them, throw them in water, add a chopped onion, (add a can of corn to make it a complete protien and to not be so "musical"- hee hee) butter and salt and pepper and cook for an hour or so. Cheap and you can eat off that for days.

This reminded me of when Jake was little and went to a daycare 2 days a week. If you packed a lunch, you had to make sure that all the food groups were covered, so his favorite meal was :
ramen noodles made with only a tiny bit of the seasoning packet ( I thought it was too salty/spicy for a toddler) mixed with 1 small can of veg-all (you know the kind with every vegetable imaginable in it?) then I would pack a container of yogurt and a juice
The director would heat the meals every day, and she said she could not believe a toddler would eat that big a bowl (cereal bowl size) of noodles and veggies, but Jake would INHALE it! And eat the yogurt too...he was a piggy, but it was all healthy! I just realized there is no meat in that...wonder if we didn't have to worry about meat.....it was 12 years ago...
