Easy fudge recipe I promised John....

Here is the recipe that I promised John...next time don't be so patient, John...PM me and wake me up! I totally forgot!!

Rocky Road Fudge

2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed
milk
2 tbsp. margarine
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows

In saucepan, melt chocolate, margarine and Eagle Brand milk. In large bowl combine nuts and marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into nut mixture. Mix well. Spread into wax paper lined 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours. Coordinated Care


Microwave Chocolate Fudge

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 heaping tbsp. peanut butter

Place chocolate chips and milk in microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave, stir in 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter. Spread in pan. Cool and cut.
