I made these for my family last night, and they devoured them.
Tomatillo Sauce:
2 pnds. tomatillos, shucked and washed 1 small onion quartered 2 fresh jalapenos, split and seeded One bunch cilantro, washed
Boil tomatillos for ten minutes, drain, and put in food processor with all the other ingredients. Blend until slightly chunky.
Fish:
1 1/2 pnds to 2 pnds Tilapia fillets or other white fish fillets Emeril's Asian Seasoning Olive Oil
Generously sprinkle fillets with seasoning and brown in a nonstick skillet with 2 tblsp. olive oil. Remove fish and flake with a fork.
Condiments:
Corn tortillas, warmed Sprigs of Cilantro Slices of lime Slices of avocado
Put flaked fish in warmed corn tortillas, top with tomatillo sauce and condiments.

I must say, the title sounded grossssss......LOL....but after I read the ingredients they sound quite tasty! I'll have to try them one night.
