Noodle pizza Egg noodles
can or jar spaghetti sauce (Italian sausage flavored works well)
pepperoni
shredded mozzarella and provalone cheese
your favorite pizza toppings ******************************
Add sauce and pizza toppings (other than cheese and pepperoni) to cooked noodles. Mix together and put in greased pie tin.
Cover with cheese, then cover that completely with pepperoni slices.
Cook in 350 degree oven for approx. 20 minutes. Cut in pie wedges with pizza cutter and serve.
Its fast, easy and really good!

I made baked raviolis tonight, it was easy...........
2 bags frozen ravioli
spaghetti sauce (jar or homemade)
9x13 baking dish
grated cheese
grated mozarella cheese
Put sauce in the baking dish, layer raviolis, grated cheese, mozarella---(like you do lasagna). You don't have to boil the raviolis, just make sure you have plenty of sauce covering them. Put in the oven 350 degrees for 45-50 min.......until hot & serve.
This is the first time I made them this way & they were.........Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I love ravioli. I'll have to try them that way. I really love any dish that I can make quickly and easily so that is right up my alley.

Tigger, maybe if you told us what she does eat, we can come up with some ideas of recipes for you.
Often if you have a kid help you prepare a dish, they have a feeling of pride in it and will eat it when they otherwise wouldn't.
Maybe you could have her help you in the kitchen, make it a fun time for both of you and really praise her efforts. If she wants to experiment by adding things, let her unless it will really make it bad and then explain why it won't work so she understands. Of course, you need to "love" whatever concoction she does come up with or you will be reinforcing the "I only like what I want to like" mentality. LOL
