I am one of those that avoids regular exercise altho I know I should. That walking machine (see...I can't even remember what it's called) oh yeah tread mill has been a great dust collector until now.
I combined rapid walking with doing sudoku and I get a great physical and mental workout. I print out a large size sudoku with the goal of completing one or two before I'm done walking. The Sudoku is a bit harder to do this way. Now I'm not bored any more and I feel mentally and physically stimulated when I'm done. Cool!
