Very interesting. I do drink water but I think I'll start drinking more. I didn't realize how little it took to slow down the metabolism. That alone wants me to drink enough. LOL

I had no idea it slows down your metabolism period. Or affects your short term memory.
I do drink water too but since I drink so much coffee it pretty much cancels out any water I do drink. I tell ya this....I don't think I will ever see myself drinking 6 - 8 glasses of water but I think I will cut down on the coffee and instead drink more water.
This was a great article Misty. Honestly, I do think I'm going to make a big effort to do more water.
