Thanks Uni...you actually really inspired me to take the step. After reading about your success, it really made me more motovated. Not to mention I weigh as much NOW as I did when I was 9 months pregnant with Josh! I'm doing pretty good...lost 6 1/2 pounds this week. This is the only diet that works for me...I'm a total carbaholic!

I'm pretty much a carbaholic too. I would REALLY feel deprived if I had to eliminate them or cut down a lot.
I do need to start watching what I eat though. I'm slowly putting on lbs. I have been on this awful kick of craving potato chips and french dip. I've been eating way too many of them.
I should use that to log what I eat. I'll probably be shocked at just what my intake is. Waaaaa.
