Hi I responde to this but Dell disrupted my post, Gingko is for memory, and the the ginseng is for mind and body.
"Several studies report that ginseng can modestly improve thinking or learning at daily doses between 200 and 400 milligrams of standardized extract G115®, taken by mouth daily for up to 12 weeks. Mental performance has been assessed using standardized measurements of reaction time, concentration, learning, math, and logic. Benefits have been seen both in healthy young people and in older ill patients. Effects have also been reported for the combination use of ginseng with Ginkgo biloba ."
I take American Ginseng since it is not a stimulant.

I have been taking ginko for the last few days. I started last week; I was at the drug store doing some shopping and decided to buy it since I am feeling so distracted these days. I know there are too many things causing my distraction but I guess the ginko will probably help. I will tell you about the outcome if I see any change.

I notice a little difference, but with all that's going on in my life, every little bit helps.
