So, once again, a pretty good weekend for Noah. I called an OT and since my insurance won't pay (we have crappy insurance by the way), they will accept Medicaid so when we get that, they will see him..........FYI: I am not a Medicaid advocate at all, but Noah needs it to get the best care he can.
Anyway, yesterday, I found his pill beside his plate, his Vyvanse that is. It was about 10:00 when I found it so it was too late to take it to school. He got in trouble on the playground and he was my "jumpy squirrel" all afternoon. He was driving me NUTS! I gave him his Risp and the little booger stuck it in his ear. It was amazing that he was able to get it out. He was born with cupped ears and his ear holes are big and you can see really well down in there so it just kind of fell out of his ear. I love that child, but I was furious. I just showed him his fist and told him that anything smaller doesn't belong in his ear. He calmed down about 7:30 and I still managed to get him to bed about 8:30/:45. We will have to see how school goes today!
