ADD Planner software www.addplanner.com/index.html Has anyone seen or used this software? I think it has a good calendar planner page with windows for Tasks To Do, week/day by the hour, Project Planning outline w/break down for sub goals. Appts and tasks can be dragged to calendar etc. It also has voice reminders for things to do, like waking up and getting out the door on time. I showed this to my son a few months ago and he thought the audio reminders sounded a bit too much like Big Brother. So I didn't check out the calendar planning section at that time. Today in looking for a calendar for myself, I noticed the software had tasks/calendar/project all on one screen and thought it might help me. Do you know of any software that has a similar format? I am thinking of ordering it for myself. Maybe if my son sees it he may be interested too. At this point he says he hates planners and that he lives in the present. (How we well know that!) ;D Actually he can be a meticulous planner, but says it takes too much time. He hates to write and refused to think about a planner in any format until he meets with his college's Adhd advisor and sets up a coaching schedule. I'm happy about that. She did give him kudos for being so proactive.

I saw that advertisment and it looks cool to me. If you try it, let us know your review! I found the best hardcopy planner that was recommended by my head doc and it works great for me, I think I posted a thread about it somewhere? The only problem with the system, is I have to remember to look at it each morning or I miss something. I got one that has not pockets and is just open like no snaps or zippers, that way I am not tempted to put loose notes or stickies in there that get missed or lost!

I am always interested in various formats for planners. For the last year I simplified it to a small blank spiral note pad. Simple blank page where I write in the date and have just enough room for me to list or scribble as I please.
My sister was introduced to a system where she uses pockets in a clear plaster pages in a notebook. She writes appts/tasks/etc on the back of old business cards and slips them in the pockets in which ever order she wants. She loves it.
I will let you know how it works out if I get ADDPlanner
