But I've been really bad this week with two stops to Dunkin Donuts and a candy bar!! (not all on the same day) Yesterday was a bad day though. We'll see if I lose anything tomorrow. Anon

I haven't been actually adding up calories yet...but have actively made sure that I eat less than I usually do, to not eat till I am stuffed, just till I am satisfied.
I did fall off the wagon yesterday with the Mt. Dew....I had trouble sleeping on Tuesday night and Wednesdays are my busiest day driving to school and back (an hour each way) sitting in 4 hours worth of class in between, then to my granddaughter's school, then home to drop off the grandson, then another 45 minute trip to Jacque's piano/voice lesson and back. On the way home from school, my arms felt like lead and I was fighting sleep so I had a Mt. Dew for the caffiene.
Bad me! But I did restrict myself to only one taco at dinner where I usually would have had 2 or 3.

Baby steps. One Mt Dew a week is not bad at all. I switched my Mt Dew use to no more than one a week, and it has to be diet. But lately I've been grabbing a cup of coffee to get me through the evenings. I hate being tired!

Yep I was popping two or three cans a day...
Where do you stand on Chinese food? I am soooo addicted to my local place...love the seasoned green beans, roasted potatoes, egg drop soup...and crab rangoons.

I will get on the bandwagon too! Everyone knows about the 44 lbs I lost before. But since my surgery in April and all the trauma in my life this summer, I have gained back 10 of it. So I decided last week, enough is enough. I have lost 3 lbs already.
Go us!

Anon Well....I'm sorry to say that the bagel won. But...I redeemed myself by taking Josh to "Open Swimming" for homeschoolers at the Gym and we swam for an hour and a half. We did laps in the lap lane and lots of kicks on the board. So...I think I saved myself cuz I NEVER exercise. Now, how will I do tonight? I'm thinking about a pop-tart right now, but I'm not going to do it. Hang in there everyone!
