1872 recipe for boiling ham

I was looking for something different to do with ham other than the 3 basic meals I normally make. I came across this and found it quite interesting.

That was interesting....I started to look for a picture of the recipe...then I remembered the date of the recipe...Ummm, no picture obviously.

That is interesting. I never heard of putting boiled eggs on ham but then again people put ham in potato salad which may have lots of boiled eggs so....
