Happy Friday Everyone!!!
So...I weighed in 174 on week 3 and then 177 on week 4. This morning I am happy to report I was 173. So I only count it as 1 lb lost, but it's awesome! I have 3 more to lose by Halloween and I will hit my mini goal.
I rode the bike Mon, & Tues. My butt started to hurt, so on Wed I did jumping jacks (or other versions of) while I watched TV. My knees are really bad, plus a bad ankle, so I was really just did some jumping/jogging/kicking/dancing around the living room. I had to turn my back to my husband while he laughed as he sat on his arse!!! Thursday I got loads of water in, and I resisted cookies all week, icecream cones last night, and the three fast food restaurants I walk past to and from work. I really wanted to see a loss this week and was scared I would be back at 174. But I did it!
