Ok, where is everyone!!! Who ever fell off the bandwagon last week, GET BACK ON! It's not over until the skinny lady sings.
Ok - got that out of my system. I weighed in at 174. One pound gain for the week, but I'm ok with it. It seems I'm doing one week good, one week bad. And if one pound gained is bad, then I'm ok with that. Still aiming for 170 by Halloween, but I don't think I'll make it. Maybe 171. But I'm going to push these next two weeks.

I have lost 3 of the total amount that I have wanted to loose. I have also joined a weight loss group at work. We weigh in and have been keeping a food diary of everything that goes in our mouths each day. Seeing it on paper helps you watch what you are eating.

Have not moved a pound one way or another. So still at 130. Still unable to kick the Pepsi habit. Actually I did quite bad with the Pepsi for the past 2 weeks because I crave it even more when I'm stressing and I have been stressing big time.

i lost another couple of pounds but alan is back from lybia and refuse to dietr which is normal after a month of camel and gumbo beans so it is very hard for me to diet.i usually put back some weight when he is home. i also have a trapped nerve in the lombar region and twisted muscles in my back so cant exercise.

Well scotmama, at least you have a good reason not to exercise!
I had a bad weekend the weekend before last...I went to my grandkids' birthday party and drank Mt. Dew....I was like an addict with a new supplier...LOL, I must have had 3 or 4 of them and I really hadn't had any for weeks..., then I weighed myself a day or two later....and was back up in the 180's...I was depressed, but determined to just do better from then on, and went on.
I just weighed myself and I am at 178.5...can't remember if that is where I was two weeks ago? I would have to check.
Today, instead of the snack wrap I had a side salad and the parfait...the lowfat Italian dressing is not bad...a bit grainy but quite spicy and nice....
All the working is helping me, I no longer have hours to be at home within reach of food.....plus I am walking around for 5-8 hours at a time, burning calories.

I am so porud of you laura! I wish I could have lost that much! I looked it up and that is 28 pounds! Awesome!
Next quarter I will have a 2-3 hour break between classes and every college student at my school gets a free membership at the YMCA right next door. I plan on going there and at least walking the treadmill. And eating salads for lunch...hopefully it will help.
