Vampire Thirst Quencher (Red)
8-10 frozen strawberries 1 C. non-fat or low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 C. low-fat milk 1/2 of a large banana a few drops of red food coloring, if desired
Add first 3 ingredients in a blender. Add banana (and food coloring, if using) and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Smashing Pumpkins (Orange)
1 C. non-fat or low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 C low fat milk 1/2 C. orange juice, more if needed 1/2 of a large banana
Blend all until smooth and creamy. a few drops of orange food coloring, if desired. Serve immediately.
Slime (Green)
1 C. non-fat or low-fat vanilla yogurt 1 C. orange juice 6 ice cubes 1/2 packet of unsweetened lime Jell-O sugar or sweetener, if desired a few drops of green food coloring, if desired
Blend all until smoothly and frothy. Serve immediately

JJ, I went to the Official Smoothie Web Site and it is definitely OK to make & consume after halloween.
