Right guys i thought i should share my gym experience with you.
In 5 and a half weeks I have managed to
Lose 2 sone in weight Lose 2 inches off my hips Lose 2 inches off my waist Lose 2 inches off of each arm Lose 2 inches off of each leg
WOOHOO!!!!
I am soooooo happy ;D
My trainer said that, that was my 6 week program finished. I am now on my own but i can still ask the trainers anything about my training etc WOOHOO!!!!
