172.6 Back in the game!!! Now it's time to lose some fat. Of course today is off limits. But Saturday & Sunday it's back to strict and another work week to make through. Maybe I'll hit 170 by next friday and only be one week behind goal! Happy Halloween everyone! Anon

I have found another solution to my Pepsi problem today. Cool brew mint green tea. It has 0 calories, 0 sugar, 0 everything. It actually tastes pretty good too. I am slowly but surely weaning myself off the Pepsi. WTG Anon! Keep up the good work.

I am holding steady at 178....a bit frustrated at that but when I started out I was 186.5 on a good day..so that is 8 and a half pounds....not too bad I guess....
Still not drinking Mt. Dew too much but haven't found that 'drink' that will replace it.....love the sweet tea at Mcdonalds but it has tons of sugar and I figure it is not the best substitute....

Have you tried Diet Mt Dew. That's what i drink when I need the caffeine. I really like the Code Red one but can't find it anywhere anymore. If you start taking those sweet drinks out of your day, eventually you won't even notice diet taste. If I try a coke now, it's way too sweet.
This weekend is hard! Too much candy around. But it's going ok. I got on the scale on Sat night and it said 175 and on Sunday 175.2. Tomorrow it will be up b/c I haven't drank any water today. Monday I will make up for that and hopefully hit 170 by friday.

I am really enjoying plain water as long as it is really cold. When I got off work today, I had to go straight to the dance studio and I really wanted a water...but she had none cold in the fridge....so I came home and of course, none in the fridge here either! Ugh. So I stuck one in the freezer for a bit. Started to make supper (mini pizzas for the boys and Jon, a Lean Cuisine meal for me) and then drank my water finally.....
I need to find some exercise to do to help speed things along.....
