Two months down ladies! Fall/Winter dieting really sucks. I'm holding at 173. It was a bad week. Too much halloween candy. Plus with the stress I just didn't care enough to push it.
Oh well. I'm going to try and be strict this week and see if I can hold on for a loss.

2 months already! How depressing for me. My scale has not budged. 130 130 130 130!!! I have been doing pretty well with my lemon water and green tea but havent seen any results. I hope to soon or I will start to get discouraged and get a "why bother" attitude because I sure do miss my Pepsi. I don't really like candy very much so I don't have to worry about falling victim to that LOL.

I have been motivated by watching the biggest loser and am reading Jillian Michaels book. I re-joined WW yesterday and attended the meeting versus the online WW. I did it before a few years ago and lost 60 lb and the meetings were the key. The new Momentum is awesome and I am only on day 2. I got the monthly pass which is my 4 meetings and includes the online support so now I am well rounded.

I don't really like candy very much so I don't have to worry about falling victim to that LOL. *what I have learned is when you hit a plateau is to change things up eat something different do something different to confuse your body but never give up. If you exercise 2 days per week add another or do one less for example. I got through a plateau that way before.
