He says the main difference is that the dex snuffs out his appetite at lunch time...and that bothers him. We are playing with the dose of the periactin (appetite stim), but his appointment is not till February...
He is not losing weight, he is up to 81 pounds I think...he just doesn't like the med affecting his appetite.

Sorry that the appetite problem bothers him. At least he is not losing weight and hopefully it will be sorted out soon.
