They can't be all that bad since you house is sparkling-clean. And by the way, just because I said I can't imagine a different results your doc must have a reason for having you do what he said.

When you start again will it be the lower dosage?

no.... same dose... thats what i dont get... he has done this with other meds too... he has me try them twice like this then moves on to another one. i have never known a doc to do that.

That is weird. Maybe he thinks you really didn't take them as you should or something.
