RE: Is Your Tuna Fish Safe?
Dear How To Learn.com Friend,
Have you ever been in the market
and noticed the warnings that
tell pregnant women not to eat
certain fish?
Well, there's a very good reason.
Most fish contains mercury, and
according to the EPA, eating enough tuna
can cause brain and motor problems.
As a parent, learning and brain specialist,
it hurts me to see how much tuna
is being consumed and what damage it can do
to all of us.
Recently, I wrote an article referring
to a piece in the Wall Street Journal
telling how an honor student developed
learning problems.
The reason: eating too much tuna.
The heavy metals concentrate in
the tuna because of the contaminated
fish they eat.
There are so many reasons not to
eat tuna, you might want to do
your brain and heart a favor and grab some
very safe, "molecularly distilled"
omega 3's instead.
You get all the hundreds benefits of omega
3's found in fish, with none of
the risk of mercury, PCB's, and dioxins.
Here's the page with all the facts:
