Resentment: Another definition.
Resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.
You could substitute any word here, Anger-Jealousy-Hatred {etc}.

I've heard this before and have always loved it.

I haven't heard this before and I should take it to heart. (You know...me and my sister that lives with me.) Being mad, irritated or whatever toward her does nothing but make me a angry bitter (nearly) old lady and I don't want to be that. Ha, ha and I was considering writing a post about 10 things my sister does that drives me crazy. Guess I won't. Maybe instead I should write ten things "I do" that probably drives other people crazy. ;D

A lot of these negative emotions that we have do little to nothing to 'change' the other persons ''faults''. How often have you heard something like, ''You make me so angry . . . '', and mostly all you do is say/think is: well I'm sorry that I . . . And really to yourself your thinking: What the heck is this persons problem anyway, all I did was . . . Does that make any sense ?
