I am loving it! I have been on it two weeks now and at today's weigh in I am down a total of 6.6 lbs in two weeks! Now for week 3. My only struggle has been being diabetic the lows and needing to eat something. I have learned to hoard some food points in case and the positive my Insulin amount has been cut in half less meds! Wanted to share the new points plus plan works.

Jill, that is wonderful! Especially with needing less meds. My SIL is totally off meds for her diabetis and all because she execises and eats right. She lost a lot of weight and is keeping it off. She is an expert at healthy eating now. I am also trying to lose weight but I'm just cutting what I eat per meal down. Being a vegetarian and a very picky eater to boot, it is too hard for me to follow any special diet. But good for you for those 6.6 lbs.

[/quote] JJ, I understand being a 'Very Picky Eater', but who really needs to know if your wearing boots or not. I mean, come on, isn't that just a tad on on the Micro-Managing our Need To Know ?

PS: Here is another good way to lose weight. Work as a security guard at a site you can't stand, with other guards that are Wonky beyond Words and a management that is just plan Psychotic & then lose about 18 lbs in two months without even trying by being Really, Really Depressed and not feel like eating at all. Ten weeks later I've gain back about 1/2 the weight . . .

Wow, John. That was a lot of weight you lost. Being unhappy/depressed can do that to you. Anything that upsets me usually ruins my appetite.

It was starting to get kind of embarrassing . . . even with a belt my pants had trouble staying on . . . LoL. Time for Suspenders.

That could be embarassing. I need suspenders too, suspenders that increase the width of my pants.

I am on the new Weight Watchers too. Jill I like it too. I began a diet January 10th before I joined. I have lost 27lbs so far in the process. I will continue with it.
