That's great! I hope he continues to do well! I miss the grade school days. Shannon starts 11th grade on Monday. She has a brand new school to go to so we are excited. Last year I enrolled her in a new branch of our local charter school. Since it was so new all the kids were in one building, but they spent all year building a separate high school & we went this week to see it. Its beautiful. She's looking forward to seeing her friends. I keep stressing the importance of these last 2 years of HS & she's determined to do well & keep organized but we shall see. She's smart, but organization seems to fall apart for her rather quickly which ends up having a bad effect on her grades so .......We shall see.

Aimee, that is awesome!! I hope your little one has a wonderful school year!! He's off to a great start. Oh, Misty...I bet Shannon is so excited to be going to a brand new school. I bet it's beautiful. I can't believe she going to be a junior!! Holy Cow...when did that happen?? Josh doesn't start school until after Labor Day. They go back Sept 6th. It feels so late to us, but now that he's going to a charter, they start the same time as the public schools. He's pretty excited to go back and see his friends. We just finished school shopping today...whoo hoo!! Trying to enjoy the last couple of weeks we have left.

We did school shopping last week. Tomorrow I'm taking Shannon to Walmart to get school supplies & then to the Greek food festival for lunch. One last fun day before school starts.
