Still here and Kicking

hey guys, sorry its been a while, had to go south to Swedish Hosp in Seattle for medical for my back from Cassandra pushing the freezer over on me. They are implanting a spinal stimulator in my spine to see if they can stop the pains since NO doc in my town will give me any pain meds. The doc who did the surgery and damaged my spine is being sued by me and 4 others, we joined suits and now its class action.. the idiot is screwed now.

As for Cassandra.. she ran away over a year ago and told everyone horrid lies about me to gain attention and their sympothy.. she tried to drug and kill her younger brother with her meds, she slipped them into his milk when he wasnt looking, the ER confirmed it with blood work. That was my last straw for her here. I had to think about the safety of the boys now and us. So as hard is it was for me, and we all made this choice.. we gave her back to the state and put her back in fostercare. Her brothers dont want to see her ever again since she raped them before she went into the treatment center over 4yrs ago, and did my nephewt too. She confessed in the treatment center to them. BIG investigations and police in 2 states were involved. I dont blame them one bit, and their counsoler is behind them 100%. I wont force them to see her either, their choice. Life is good now ;D, we dont have to watch our backs , or wonder if our food is spiked , or some agency calling and asking if we are abusing our kids.... now just to finish getting my back fixed from her, its been 2yrs now and still no end from the damages from her or the loon doctor who did the surgery........

Well, WELCOME BACK! I can sympathize with the back pain. My husband has a degenerative disease in his spine & is in constant pain. Back pain is the worst because your whole body relies on your spine. I hope the implant gives you some relief. You've been through so much from the sound of things. As heartbreaking as it is, I'm glad you finally have a bit of peace. I'm sure the decisions you had to make weren't easy. Sounds like Cassandra is getting the help she needs though & I would have done the same thing in your shoes.

I'm glad to see you here. Maybe now, with Cassandra out of the equation things will start getting better for you. I'm sorry to hear about all you have been going through.

Many members of my family have had back issues. My daughter is having surgery on Sept. 1 and I pray her dr knows what he is doing. Its terrible when you are in bad enough shape you need surgery and then the surgeon is an incompetent jerk. I hope you win a huge settlement so you don't have to struggle to make ends meet now.

thank you all.. yes its been a long road since she pushed the freezer over on me and the doc screwing up too boot.. we are all in a better place in life.. they havent gotten her the help she so needs. I have heard through the grapevine she is still causing issues to people around her and the bio fam who tired to re-adopt her.. they too gave her back to the state which is sad.. she will be a child of the system until she turns 18 in october... but I know she wont cause us anymore harm or anguish anymore...

Hi Cassandra I am glad your back is on the recovery as to your daughter I see kids like her on my job quite a bit and feel bad for the parents who have tried everything. What will happen she will end up being moved numerous times until she ages out or improves. I work for the County I live in my heart goes out to you. You made the right choice.
