Does anyone know what the laws are as far as transportation when a child is classified? Do they have to give it to you? I never thought we would be able to get it for Sean when he starts middle school next year but I saw our neighbors daughter getting picked up at her house every day now and she just started middle school. She is not physically handicapped.

When Joe went to middle school he rode his bike, it's a far walk. We do not allow Sean to ride his bike off our (very small) street.
